Technical Recipe
Ingredients (for 1 cocktail):
2 oz of Cachito Mío Espadín Mezcal (smoky, refined base).
¾ oz of dry vermouth (structure and elegance).
½ oz of dark cacao liqueur (depth and bittersweet richness).
2 dashes of cacao bitters or Angostura (aromatic, spiced layer).
Flamed orange twist (citrus aroma, fiery spark).
Preparation
In a mixing glass with ice, add mezcal, vermouth, cacao liqueur, and bitters.
Stir gently for 15–20 seconds to integrate and chill.
Strain into a chilled Martini glass.
Flame an orange twist over the cocktail to release its oils, then place as garnish.
